Injection Molding Facilities
Our injection molding machines feature microprocessor controls for precise shot repeatability (in a wide range, from 30 Ton 1.5 oz., to 400 Ton 63 oz.). All auxiliary equipment is considered state of the art, reducing downtime and enhancing quality. Our diverse capabilities allow us to handle most projects with speed and efficiency.
Our 14,000 square foot facility includes:
- Injection Molding Machines
- 7 injection molding machines ranging in clamping force from 30 to 400 tons. Our presses have electronically retrievable set-up to ensure process repeatability.
- Tool Room
- A fully-equipped tool room with experts on hand for tool design support, mold building, engineering changes, repairs and general maintenance.
- Assembly Space
- Dedicated services and space available for assembly, packaging, and other value added services.
- Warehousing
- Warehouse space available for customers interested in ship-to-stock programs, or who require other warehousing needs.
