Standard Operating Procedures
Through the use of Standard Operating Procedures (S.O.P.s), all phases of our customers' jobs including set-up, molding production, in-process inspections and secondary operations are documented to their specifications.
Traceability of all production runs are maintained by V&S Quality Staff. Our modern, digitally controlled equipment ensures repeatability of production runs.
